Italian knitting magazine Mani di Fata has been creating a series of patterns that combine sewing and knitting by pairing our Lanacotta fabric and delicious Lamora yarn. The first two patterns we present you were published in September 2015 issue, which can  be bought (in Italian only) through the Mani di Fata website or at any Canetta store (see the retailers’ list on our website). Through the website you can also purchase the full kit with yarn and fabric that allows you to create your own garment with Lanacotta and Lamora.

The first two patterns we illustrate have been published on the September issue and can both be worked with a combination of Lanacotta and 100 grams of Lamora. The blue and grey sweater has a linear, modern look that contrasts pleasantly with the cabled details (borders and pockets). Almost modernistic, it also reminds of the 1960′s sci-fi look. The second pattern is a comfy and warm capelet with deep slits that let the arms out and a supersoft knitted detachable collar, a perfect outerwear piece for early fall. Clicking on the pictures will take you directly to the Canetta website pages whence you can purchase the materials and patterns.
